Liminality: Change Starts Within

Change Starts Within is the welcome title to Inner Development Goals (IDGs) toolkit. The tools are resources support inner growth of individuals and organizations committed Sustainable (SDGs). This reflection article emerged from reviewing my earlier experiences in development while collaborating IDGs. Years continuing involved going through liminal stage several times. Evolution ongoing. Liminality has been conceptualized different ways embodying knowing by anthropologists, phenomenologists, psychologists, philosophers, scientists, spiritual teachers, among others working transformational processes. Through a lived experience approach, I explore relationship with stage. Learning practicing “unseen” muscle leads becoming “sensitive” subtle qualities. It involves perceiving world sensorial qualities, which conscious action purposefully commit what lies along path sustainable humanity.
